(A) Yes. You can join our mailing list to receive updates when new items become available. |

(Q) Can I "just buy" an asset rather than bid on it?

(A) Sometimes. If there is a "buy now" price set for the auction, entering an offer of that price allows you to purchase the item outright. If the ad states to "call for pricing" the item may not be able to be purchased outright without taking part in the auction process. |

(Q) How do I enter a bid?

(A) To enter an offer online you must register for the site. You will receive complete bidding instructions at registration. You may also opt to make an offer over the phone or in person. Contact us for more information. |

(Q) Is my purchase guaranteed?

(A) No. All bidding is governed by the registration agreement. There are no warranties whatsoever. |

Remarketing for Sellers

(Q) Can I monitor the status of remarketing accounts?

(A) Yes. All account information can be accessed via our online software. Updates are entered continually throughout the day and night. The online software also serves as a way for you to update us. |

(Q) What is NER's fee for remarketing?
|

(A) Our remarketing service costs you nothing until your asset sells. All services provided by NER are contractual. Please contact us to establish a fee schedule based on your needs. |

(Q) How can I start selling?
|

(A) Register as a user of our site. Upon registration confirmation, you will be able to log on to post assets for sale, set starting bids, and review bids that have been entered. We require that condition reports and photos be made available to NER and any interested buyers. |

(Q) What's the difference between a standard and Dutch aution?
|
|
(A) A standard auction is for 1 item. A Dutch auction is for listing multiple, identical items.

Storage

(Q) What storage services does NER offer?
|
|
(A) All assets are stored in secure facilities. Indoor secure storage is available for business machinery and office equipment. |

(Q) How much does NER charge for storage?
|
|
(A) All services provided by NER are contractual. Please contact us to establish a fee schedule based on your needs. |

(Q) What types of assets can I store at NER?
|

(A) NER will store commercial and consumer assets of all types. However, we offer storage only in conjunction with remarketing services. |

Transportation
|

(Q) What transportation services does NER offer?
|
|
(A) NER manages the logistics for transportation of assets where transportation is necessary and/or appropriate. |
|
(Q) When is transportation necessary and/or appropriate?
|
|
(A) When an asset needs to be moved to an affiliated storage facility or when a buyer requests assistance in transporting purchased assets, NER will manage the logistics for transportation. |
